One Account Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms
All deposit amounts are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The payment method and account used for deposits must be registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure.
seba9 does not charge any processing fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own fees.
4.2 Withdrawal Terms
To submit a withdrawal request, your account must have a sufficient verified balance. Winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before withdrawal. The payment method used for withdrawal must generally match the method used for the deposit.
Under normal circumstances, withdrawals are processed within 10 to 45 minutes. However, if identity verification is required, this timeframe may be longer.
5 Bonus and Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
seba9 offers new members a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳15,000. For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳32,000 you will receive the maximum bonus of ৳15,000 and your total balance will be ৳47,000.
5.2 Wagering Requirements
After receiving the welcome bonus, a 25x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus you must wager ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000.
5.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each bonus offer may only be claimed once.
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in account closure.
- Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank transfer are eligible for bonuses.
- If wagering is not completed within the specified time limit, the bonus will be forfeited.
- seba9 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
- Bonuses are not withdrawable as bonus balance; only winnings generated after meeting the wagering requirement are withdrawable.
6 VIP Program and Cashback
Bronze
Entry level for new members. Weekly cashback up to 0.3%.
Silver
Level for regular players. Weekly cashback up to 0.6%.
Gold
Level for active and experienced players. Weekly cashback up to 0.9%.
Platinum
Top level. Weekly cashback up to 1.2%. Special benefits apply.
Advancement through VIP levels depends on the user's activity and participation. seba9 reserves the right to change the criteria for level determination. Cashback is paid once per week and is subject to applicable terms. Certain VIP benefits may not be combined with other bonuses.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds:
- Operating multiple accounts
- Abuse or manipulation of bonus offers
- Operating an account under a third party's identity
- Money laundering or illegal financial activity
- Attempting to interfere with or manipulate the platform's software
- Using automated bots or software to play
- Colluding with other users to defraud the system
- Providing false or misleading information
- Operating an account on behalf of a minor
- Abuse of chargebacks or payment disputes
In cases of suspicious activity, seba9 may temporarily suspend an account and conduct an investigation at any time.
